In the Happy Belly, Happy Holidays program you will have access to a community of support through a week of movement, meditations, mantra and a group call. This structure is designed to address the common pitfalls of mindset and stress eating common to the indulgence of the end of year celebrations, as well as you tools to move beyond them.


Our daily workout videos will target abdominal strength, detoxifying the organs through side bends & twists, opening the hips and chest for grounding energy and opening the heart, deep breathing/restorative poses.


The daily affirmation/mantra will be a talisman to carry with you and use to refocus and recenter.


The meditations will help you get grounded and clear on your intent each day. One will focus on clearing your energetic body, the other on bringing healing energy up.

Spring Cleaning!: Bandha vs. Core Conditioning workshop 2018 dates TBA.




Ever wonder what the difference is between muscular strength and the vacuum of bandha work? Do you ever feel ungrounded, sluggish, or suffer from back or stomach pain? Do inversions and balancing poses feel disconnected in certain areas of your body?


In this workshop we will explore how to cultivate both kinds of usage within the abdomen, and play with their application within balancing poses. Lauren will lead you through the preparatory Kriyas to develop an open abdomen to facilitate Uddiyana Bandha, as well as introduce the Basic and Intermediate Mat series from classical Pilates. This work is very powerful and can take your yoga practice and digestive health to the next level.
